What's an Accredited Investor?

To qualify as an accredited investor, you must meet at least one of the following:

  • Have a net worth of over $1 million, excluding the value of your primary home

  • Earn an annual income of more than $200,000 individually (or $300,000 combined with a spouse) for the past two years, with a similar income expected this year


    While other paths to accreditation exist, these are the most common standards.

Do I have to be Accredited to Invest with You?

No — you don't have to be an accredited investor to participate in a syndication. While accredited investors typically have access to a wider range of opportunities, non-accredited investors are still welcome to invest. Simply fill out the form, and we'll reach out to discuss your options.

What is the Minimum Investment Amount?

This will depend on the deal but usually, $50,000 is the minimum.

Can I Use Retirement Funds?
